First full day in Miami. Tonight is the gala. Formal attire. Looking forward to the evening full of surprises, meeting all the VIPs and fellow world cruisers.
We arrived in Miami last night. 6 large suitcases are already taken to the ship. We are left with two carry on bags.
Today we have beautiful weather to explore the city. Hotel Intercontinental is located next to the port. Walking distance to the many restaurants and shops. There is Art Basel Miami Beach, said to be North America's most comprehensive international contemporary art fair so it’s busy in the city.
We just got checked in. Got the sail passes and are ready to board the ship tomorrow morning.
Now off for a stroll in the park and have a dinner.
